MTN Nigeria has unveiled MTN Zigi Rewards, a new customer engagement campaign designed to make everyday interactions with Zigi, MTN’s AI-powered chatbot, even more rewarding.
The campaign combines the convenience of AI-powered customer support with an exciting rewards programme powered by CashToken Rewards Africa, giving eligible customers opportunities to win cash prizes of between ₦5K – ₦100 million simply by engaging with Zigi for qualifying activities.
Whether customers are buying airtime, purchasing data, checking their balance, resolving network issues or accessing support through Zigi, every qualifying interaction now comes with the opportunity to earn rewards.

Three Ways Customers Can Win
At the heart of the campaign is a simple idea: everyday digital interactions should be rewarding. Through MTN Zigi Rewards, customers can enjoy three distinct reward opportunities.
1. Earn a CashToken Reward
Customers who complete qualifying activities through Zigi receive a CashToken Reward, which automatically enters them into a weekly draw where they stand the chance to win between ₦5,000 and ₦100 million. Importantly, no purchase is required to earn a customer’s first CashToken Reward, making it easy for anyone to begin participating.
2. Daily Reward Opportunity
Every day, the first 1,000 customers who complete qualifying activities through Zigi receive a CashToken Reward. Qualifying activities include purchasing airtime, buying data, using Assist from Zigi, and other approved interactions completed through the chatbot.
3. Weekly Streak & Draw
Customers who engage with Zigi for at least seven days within a week qualify for entry into the Weekly Streak & Draw, where selected winners receive a ₦10,000 voucher. Participation in the Weekly Streak qualifies customers for the draw but does not guarantee that every qualifying participant will receive the voucher.
