Minor league update for 6/28/26
Hickory starter Evan Siary allowed four runs in five innings, walking one, striking out one and giving up a pair of homers. Jormy Nivar allowed two runs in three innings, striking out one, walking one and giving up a home run.
Braylin Morel was 3 for 4 with a homer. Yolfran Castillo doubled and stole a base. Paulino Santana had a hit. Curley Martha had a hit and a walk.
D.J. McCarty started for Hub City, allowing one run in 4.2 IP, striking out seven and walking two. Owen Proksch struck out one in 1.1 scoreless innings. J’Briell Easley struck out one in a scoreless inning.
Yeison Morrobel doubled. Maxton Martin was 2 for 4 with a homer.
Frisco starter Dylan MacLean allowed five runs in four innings, striking out three, walking one and allowing three homers. Andrew Susac allowed six runs in one inning of work, walking two and striking out two. Bryan Magdaleno struck out two in a scoreless inning. Eric Loomis allowed three runs in an inning, striking out two and walking one.
Dylan Dreiling homered. Malcolm Moore had a hit and two walks.
Jose Corniell started for Round Rock, allowing one run in four innings, striking out two and walking one. Ryan Lobus struck out three and walked one in two shutout innings. Josh Sborz threw a scoreless inning.
Josh Smith was 2 for 5 with a homer. Aaron Zavala had a pair of hits.
