Michigan State RB commit has big game in season opener
Under the new coaching staff at Michigan State, the Spartans got their recruiting started with Massillon (OH) running back Savior Owens. Owens, who made his pledge the first of the new coaching staff’s tenure, remains the only running back committed in the 2027 recruiting class.
On Friday, Owens got his high school season stated at Washington High School. In a game against Glenville, a 31-18 win for Massillon, Owens ran the ball 26 times for 180 yards and two touchdowns, leading his team to a win.
