The Kansas City Chiefs have finally got their main duo back together as Patrick Mahomes is finally back to connecting with Travis Kelce in training camp.
Mahomes is returning from a serious knee injury, which cut his 2025 season short and ended the Chiefs’ hopes of winning another Super Bowl.
Questions floated around whether Kelce would even be suiting up this year for what will be his 14th season in the league.
However, the veteran tight end is back out there and willing to give it at least another year following his marriage to global superstar Taylor Swift.
The 36-year-old pop star has often received backlash from NFL fans across the country, but some are now putting Kelce’s positive start to training camp down to Swift.

Kelce and Swift tied the knot earlier this month in what was the wedding of the century in New York City.
Anyone who was anyone had the golden ticket to attend the wedding, but Kelce has had little time to celebrate as he has quickly returned to action with the Chiefs.
After footage of some of Kelce’s routes and catches were posted on X, fans were quick to praise the 36-year-old for looking like a younger version of himself again.
‘Married life got him moving different like that?’ said one fan in response to the video.
‘Travis looking…Swift out there,’ another fan cleverly replied.
Kelce has now gone his last three seasons without a 1000-yard return following seven consecutive seasons of achieving such a feat.
‘The natural flow once you become a Swift,’ another said.
‘The way he mooooves… we are getting prime Kelce this year,’ said one NFL fan.
Kelce’s route was so smooth that his juke even fooled the cameraman, who lost Kelce running his route for a brief moment.
Noting this juke move, one fan said: ‘Oh yeah, that’s how you know he still got it when he’s even crossing up the cameraman’.
‘Even faked out the camera guy with that route,’ said another.
