According to reports in England, as relayed by SPORT, Manchester United youngster JJ Gabriel could decide his future before the end of this month as Real Madrid and FC Barcelona remain interested.
Despite attempts by the Premier League giants to convince the youngster and his family to continue at the club, his determination to leave remains firm.
The 16-year-old wonderkid has not trained with any of their teams since September. Instead, he has been working by himself in Spain, awaiting resolution over his future.
Decision by end of October
Now, as per the report, Gabriel will take a final call on which his next club will be before the end of October, with Real Madrid, Barça, and Bayern Munich all waiting to pounce.
As per the report, Los Blancos are understood to have already made their first move and are prepared to make a significant financial effort to secure the teenager’s services.

The total package being offered to the youngster, including salary, add-ons, and potential commissions is likely to exceed €10 million over a three-year period.
That is, without a doubt, a significant pay packet for a teenager who has yet to play at the first-team level. But, it appears that Real Madrid are prepared to take a gamble in their bid to secure his services ahead of their rivals.
Barcelona remain in the picture
Despite sporting director Deco saying otherwise, Barcelona continue to retain an interest in Gabriel’s situation and are following all developments very closely.
The La Liga champions are fully aware of the 16-year-old English prodigy’s talent and potential. However, at the same time, they are unwilling to enter a major bidding war to acquire his services.

Bayern Munich, for their part, have held direct meetings with the youngster’s camp but continue to trail the two Spanish heavyweights in the race for now.
Gabriel has been training in Castelldefels, having made it clear that he does not intend to continue at Manchester United, despite the club’s attempts to change his mind.
The only thing now remains is to which club he chooses as his next destination, with a decision expected in the next couple of weeks.
