Luka Doncic Reveals Details on LeBron Relationship, Offseason Plans

Los Angeles Lakers star Luka Doncic was in his home country of Slovenia when he got interviewed by local media about his offseason plans and intentions.

Doncic was attending a Jordan Brand-related basketball tournament in Slovenia, where the news site 24ur.com asked him a handful of questions.

As the superstar deals with recovery from his hamstring injury and personal matters related to his children, there is plenty on the plate of Doncic this offseason.

This does not even include all of the moving parts involving the Lakers, who will likely have a revamped roster next year with new faces.

As for Doncic, he will not be playing for Slovenia in the offseason, as he did last year. Instead, he will be focus on other athletic pursuits for his basketball career and new hobby.

“I mean, we know I won’t be with national team. So basically individual practices, fitness, other sports. This year also golf, so it’s a bit different,” Doncic said.

All over his Instagram, Doncic has been seen joining the trend of NBA players dipping their toes into golf.

His teammate, LeBron James, has been at the forefront of the movement, posting multiple videos related to his golf practice.

“We played once or twice. Right now a bit harder cause we ain’t close, but… Like you’re in nature 4 hours, sometimes even 8 hours. I play 36 holes, which they say is not smart, but I still play it… You’re in nature, no phone, peace. Something most beautiful.”

While the future of LeBron James as a Laker remains unknown, it is safe to assume that Doncic and James will be sharing multiple golf outings down the line.
