LSU's Trey'Dez Green earns elite rating from EA's College Football 27

LSU football tight end Trey’Dez Green will headline the Tigers‘ offense in 2026. Green, entering his third year at LSU, hopes to build on a solid 2025.

Green has elite tools. At 6-foot-7, he has the height of a power forward, but the speed of a wide receiver. He’s a matchup nightmare for most defenders. So it should come as no surprise that Green is one of the top-rated players in EA Sports’ upcoming College Football 27 video game.

No tight end earned a higher rating than Green. The LSU pass catcher is tied with Texas Tech’s Terrance Carter atop the group, each earning a rating of 92. Oregon’s Jamari Johnson is the only other tight end with a 90+ rating.

Green projects to be a reliable target for LSU QB Sam Leavitt this fall, and he should be a fun target for LSU fans in the video game, too.

Trey’Dez Green and Terrance Carter Jr. stand atop the #CFB27 TE list.
