LASU notice to 2024/25 set of Postgraduate Students on Submission of Bio data form

The Postgraduate School, Lagos State University (LASU), hereby invites all 2024/2025 postgraduate graduating students whose results have been approved by Senate to submit their Bio-Data Forms for the purpose of certificate processing.

All affected students are required to complete the Bio-Data Form accurately and submit same within the stipulated period to enable proper documentation and smooth processing of certificates.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS AND PROCEDURE

Students are to complete the Bio-Data Form by following the steps below:

1. Visit the LASU website at www.lasu.edu.ng

2. Fill in the Postgraduate Bio-Data Form with correct personal and academic details

3. Upload a passport photograph with a white background (strictly observe the following):

• No cropped or edited photographs

1. Print the completed Bio-Data Form

2. Attach a white-background passport photograph to the printed form

3. Submit the completed Bio-Data Form together with a copy of the student’s online academic profile to the Certificate Unit

All completed forms must be submitted on or before Tuesday, 30th June 2026.

Students are strongly advised to comply within the stipulated time to ensure seamless processing.
