Lakers’ LeBron James sends NSFW message to Bronny James haters

Los Angeles Lakers free agent and future Hall of Famer LeBron James, arguably the greatest player of all time, definitely has a lot of pull around the NBA. All James has done throughout his career is prove why he might go down as the GOAT, though some have criticized him for many things.

Perhaps the biggest of that bunch was when his son, Bronny James, was drafted in the second round by the Lakers. I understand why some were upset about that, but I also think it’s important to look at what Bronny has done as a professional and say he’s not as bad as some like to make him out to be.

He’s showing some signs on the defensive side of the basketball, and there’s actually a bit to be excited about.

LeBron has been asked about it a lot, and he typically keeps his feelings rather quiet. However, when recently speaking, he made it clear that he doesn’t want to hear anything thrown at his family that’s disrespectful, though he also knows that he’s heard it plenty of times.

“The kid has earned his right to be a professional athlete. The thing you’re not going to do is throw stones at us as a family. I’m not letting that s**t slide, because I know what I’ve created because of what I didn’t have. So, if you want to talk about the kid, that he shouldn’t be an NBA player, I don’t care about that. As long as you don’t get to the fatherhood piece. I don’t play those games,” James said, per Yahoo.

Unfortunately for LeBron and Bronny, this is just the nature of fandom nowadays. Fans have a lot to say about things they might not know everything about, which causes a lot of hate on social media and other platforms.

That’s sadly something Bronny has to deal with, and he just needs to put it aside and keep playing basketball the way he has.
