KWASU announces 21st Inaugural Lecture
The Vice-Chancellor of Kwara State University (KWASU), Malete, Professor Shaykh-Luqman Jimoh, fcpidm, fcpa, has cordially invited the university community and the general public to the institution’s Twenty-First (21st) Inaugural Lecture.
The lecture will be delivered by Professor Binta Ajibola Sulyman, a highly distinguished Professor of Fine Arts and Arts Education within the Department of Fine and Applied Arts, Faculty of Environmental Sciences.
Topic: “The Ilorin Royal Dance Tradition (Ijo Olomo Oba): A Catalyst for Cultural Identity, Artistic Expression, and Creative Economy”

About the Lecturer & Event Leadership
Professor Binta Ajibola Sulyman holds an extensive academic portfolio, including a B.A. (Hons.) in Fine Arts, a Masters in Fine Arts (M.F.Arts), a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE), a Diploma in Computer Science, and a Ph.D. from Ahmadu Bello University (ABU), Zaria. She is also a recognized fellow across several professional bodies, holding FCAI, FHNR, and IPMLD qualifications.
The event will be held under the chairmanship of the KWASU Vice-Chancellor, Professor Shaykh-Luqman Jimoh.
