As you take over as the new proprietor, you’ll also need to investigate your customers, as your aunt suspects someone in town was not only responsible for her demise, but will come after you. If you feel a vibe like the Knives Out movies, you’re not wrong. Tearoom of Terror is about getting to know the recurring characters, analyzing their behavior, and ultimately finding the killer on the loose: it’s a playable murder-mystery. Of course, you can lean into the town’s dark secrets and become one with it.
