The directive was contained in a statement issued on Monday, May 18, 2026, by the Education Councillor of Ungogo Local Government, Malam Abdullahi Wakili.

According to the statement, the action followed allegations that a teacher at the school sexually abused four underage female students.

The local government chairman stated that justice would be served for the victims by making sure the accused teacher is prosecuted in accordance with the law after being arraigned in court.
