John Stones has reportedly agreed to join Inter Milan, picking the Italian champions over Arsenal and Chelsea.
The England international was a free agent after his contract at Manchester City expired at the end of last season.
The centre-back attracted interest from a number of top clubs, including Juventus. The Bianconeri joined the race for his signature last week and engaged in talks over a possible deal.
According to Sky Sport Italia, however, Stones has reached a verbal agreement with Inter Milan to join them in the summer transfer window.
The 32-year-old’s representatives are now set to finalise terms over a two-year contract.
Stones joined City from Everton in a deal worth £47.5 million in 2016. He went on to win six Premier League titles, three FA Cups, three League Cups and the UEFA Champions League during his decade-long stay at Eastlands.
