The suspects were identified as Ahmed Garba, 20, and Abdullahi Garba, 25, both residents of Jigawa Tsada in Dutse Local Government Area.

It added that the suspects would be charged in court after a thorough investigation by the State Criminal Investigation Department in Dutse.

The Commissioner of Police in Jigawa State, CP Tijjani Murtala, reiterated the command’s commitment to protecting public infrastructure and tackling the theft and destruction of essential facilities.

He also urged residents to stay alert and report suspicious activities to the nearest police station.
