Jaylen Brown has request for Sixers teammates if they win championship

The Philadelphia 76ers are certainly going to be in the running to win a title in the 2026-27 season led by the talented core they have assembled. The Sixers will field one of the strongest starting lineups in the history of the game with Jaylen Brown and LeBron James joining Tyrese Maxey, Joel Embiid, and VJ Edgecombe.

Brown and James have both had success in their previous stops with Brown winning finals MVP in 2024 with the Boston Celtics while James, obviously, brings his decorated resume to Philadelphia. James has won four championships while winning finals MVP in all four of those championship runs. It will take time to get chemistry down and have everybody on the same page, but Philadelphia will be dangerous once that happens.

With that being said, Brown has a request for his Sixers teammates if they do win a championship. The star forward did just go skydiving to overcome his fear of heights and he is inviting his teammates to do the same. James responded as any normal person would.

If the Sixers win it all, Jaylen Brown says the entire team is going skydiving.

Brown will be looking for his second championship after leading the Celtics in 2024 while James will be looking for his fifth. Meanwhile, the Sixers are a team that has not been past Round 2 since the Allen Iverson days in 2001. That will be an accomplishment that guys like Embiid and Maxey will be looking to finally get done during their time together in the City of Brotherly Love.
