The Indiana Pacers have announced retro pinstripe uniforms will return this season. The Pacers wore pinstripes from 1997-2005, the era in which they reached the Eastern Conference Finals in 1998 and the NBA Finals in 2000.
The “Statement” uniforms aren’t an exact replica of the previous pinstripes, but they certainly evoke the Reggie Miller era. There’s overwhelming excitement for their Sept. 1 release, including from Pacers star Tyrese Haliburton.
