IMSU Post-UTME/DE 2026: Cut-off mark, Eligibility and Registration Details
Candidates must have chosen Imo State University, Owerri as first choice and scored a minimum of 160 in the UTME
Candidates who did not choose Imo State University as first choice university but scored the required cut-off mark may also apply on the condition that they visit the JAMB website and change their institution of first choice to Imo State University, Owerri before the close of the POST-UTME application process.
Direct Entry candidates must be holders of OND/HND/First Degree, ‘A’ Level or their equivalents in relevant disciplines and subjects.
Candidates must ensure that their qualifying results are uploaded to JAMB.
Candidates whose ‘O’ Level results are being awaited are advised to also upload same to JAMB as soon as the results are released. Candidates that failed to upload their results to JAMB will not be considered for admission.
i. Visit the University website at: https://www.imsuonline.edu.ng and click on 2026/2027 POST-UTME/Direct Entry Application.
ii. Enter correctly your JAMB Reg. Number to check for eligibility. If eligible, proceed to make payment.
iii. Enter correctly your JAMB Reg. Number Only as the Invoice Number, make payment of N2000 Naira and generate receipt.
iv. Go back to https://www.imsuonline.edu.ng after 24 hours of completing payment, click on 2026/2027 Post UTME/Direct Entry Application again to complete the Application form For easier access, candidate are encouraged to use IMSU Microfinance Bank.
v. Present the Acknowledgement Slip at the PUTME/DE screening venue on the date of the screening/examination.
The specific date and time for individual candidate’s screening examination will be communicated in due course.
