Officers responded to a shooting following a football game at Warren Central on Friday night, according to the Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department.
Officers were called to the 9500 block of East 16th Street on a report of a person shot. Officers arrived and located a victim with injuries consistent with a gunshot wound, according to the IMPD.

The shooting happened in a parking lot outside of the stadium after Warren Central’s 53-37 victory over Lawrence North. The players and coaches were told to wait in the locker rooms until officers cleared them to exit.
