<p>The 2026 <a href="https://www.ihsa.org/sports/baseball" rel="nofollow noopener" target="_blank">IHSA baseball</a> postseason is down to the final 32 teams after sectional championship games across four classes on Saturday, June 6.</p>
<p>The tournament continues Monday, June 8 with the Elite Eight in each class, known as supersectionals. Winners of these games advance to the IHSA state finals set for the Class 1A and 2A fields on June 12-13 at Illinois Field in Champaign. The Class 3A and 4A state finals are at Slammers Stadium in Joliet on the same weekend.</p>
