I'd swap next Ballon d'Or for Champions League trophy - Kane

Bayern Munich striker, Harry Kane, has said that he would happily swap winning the Ballon d’Or if it meant helping his team to win the Champions League trophy this season.

Bayern Munich reached the semi-finals of the Champions League last season.

The Bundesliga giants lost 6-5 on aggregate to eventual winners Paris Saint-Germain.

Speaking at his pre-match press conference ahead of Bayern Munich’s Champions League clash with Atletico Madrid on Tuesday, Kane said, “I think I’d swap the next Ballon d’Or for a Champions League triumph.

“Ballon d’Or was one of the greatest moments of my life. But winning the Champions League with Bayern – that would be an absolutely incredible feeling.”

Kane, who played for Tottenham Hotspur in the past, has never won a Champions League trophy in his career so far.
