With Knight giving off a mild whiff of pre-WrestleMania 17 Steve Austin vibes in how he’s talked about his desperation to win this one, and that this might be the final World Title shot of his career, many fans are speculating over just how this bout will play out – all as 946 and the Bloodline linger in the background.

Atop the Raw women’s division, it’s once again Stephanie Vaquer as the WWE Women’s World Champion, as La Primera regained that belt from Liv Morgan in Chile last month. While Liv and Becky Lynch wrestled on this week’s Raw to determine the next challenger to Vaquer, that match ultimately ended in a no-contest after Stephanie got involved. And with that, Vaquer demanded a triple threat title defence at Money in the Bank, with Raw GM Adam Pearce confirming that it will be Vaquer vs. Lynch vs. Morgan at the PLE.

Of course, what would a Money in the Bank PLE be without a briefcase or two on the line, with these ladder matches having proved fantastic value over the years for those who like to see utter chaos break out. In the men’s MITB match, there’s veteran presence in the form of CM Punk, Kevin Owens, and Penta, and younger, upcoming talents in Je’Von Evans, Bron Breakker, and Trick Williams. Over on the women’s MITB contest, the pack is full of fresh faces, as Roxanne Perez, Sol Ruca, Jayce Jayne, Lash Legend, Lola Vice, and Tiffany Stratton vie for the briefcase, with Perez and Stratton the only ones to have competed in a Money in the Bank ladder match before – including Tiffany winning the briefcase back in 2024.
