How to watch the Women's Pro Baseball League: 2026 schedule, streaming info and more

The Women’s Pro Baseball League will begin its historic first season on Saturday, August 1. The league is the first professional women’s baseball league in over 70 years and consists of four teams featuring the best and brightest baseball stars from all over the world. The league’s four teams are the New York Heights, San Francisco Firebells, Boston Hunters and Los Angeles Queens, all named in honor of specific women who left an indelible mark on history. Every game of the 2026 season will be held at Robin Roberts Stadium in Springfield, IL, with the season opener scheduled for August 1 at 5 p.m. ET between the Los Angeles Queens and the New York Heights.

There are four WPBL teams in 2026: the New York Heights, San Francisco Firebells, Boston Hunters, and Los Angeles Queens.

WPBL games this year will all be held at Robin Roberts Stadium in Springfield, IL. (Roberts, who passed away in 2010, was an accomplished Hall of Fame pitcher in Major League Baseball, not to be confused with the journalist Robin Roberts.)
