Saturday night in the WNBA featured a star-studded Commissioner8217;s Cup contest between the Indiana Fever and the New York Liberty at Barclays Center in Brooklyn.
Though the Liberty’s Sabrina Ionescu was unavailable with a back injury, there were plenty of All-Stars to watch as Caitlin Clark, Aliyah Boston and Kelsey Mitchell led the Fever against former league MVPs Jonquel Jones and Breanna Stewart — plus All-Star Satou Sabally — on the Liberty.

Though they led by as many as 12 points, the Fever could not build off a comfortable win over the Atlanta Dream on Thursday, and Indiana dropped to 5-5 on the young season with a loss to the Liberty (7-4).
Clark came close to a triple-double in a defensive tussle, but she struggled with foul trouble and shot inefficiently as the Fever suffered an 83-75 loss on the road.
