“Triple C” is back!

Former Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) two-division champion Henry Cejudo got his revenge on former Bantamweight champion Merab Dvalishvili in the main event of Real American Freestyle (RAF) 12 last night (Sat., Aug. 22, 2026) inside Rocket Arena in Cleveland, Ohio.

And it didn’t take long.

Cejudo needed only 20 seconds to shoot inside for a single-leg takedown. The Olympic gold medalist lifted Dvalishvili off his feet and slammed the Georgian to the mat, earning four points in the process.

However, the points quickly became irrelevant.

Cejudo stayed on top, trapped Dvalishvili and forced both of his shoulders onto the mat to secure the pinfall victory in just 36 seconds. With the dominant win, “Triple C” captured RAF’s Lightweight Crossover championship.

Indeed, Cejudo exacted revenge after suffering an incredible comeback loss to Dvalishvili in their first RAF meeting last month — as Cejudo raced out to an 8-0 lead in Dvalishvili’s home country of Georgia, but “The Machine” stormed back with 11 unanswered points to win the match, 11-8 (watch highlights).

There would be no comeback this time.

Cejudo is now 2-1 under the RAF banner, and the newly crowned champion already has another former UFC titleholder in mind for his first defense.

Cody Garbrandt, you’re next, bitch,” Cejudo told Chael Sonnen following his win.

As for Dvalishvili, he immediately called for a third wrestling match with “Triple C.”

“Absolutely. I love challenges,” Dvalishvili said. “Henry Cejudo called me out, and I said yes. He’s an Olympic champion for a reason. He beat me today. Let’s go for a trilogy in wrestling.”

Before a potential trilogy takes place, both men have business elsewhere.

Dvalishvili will challenge UFC Bantamweight champion Petr Yan in their own trilogy at UFC 333 on Oct. 24, while Cejudo is scheduled to box influencer Deen The Great at Misfits Boxing on Sept. 26.

For now, the RAF rivalry is tied at one victory apiece — but Cejudo left Cleveland with the last word and the championship belt.
