Erling Haaland has scored against every team he has faced in the Premier League after finding the net against Sunderland in Manchester City’s 5-3 victory at the Etihad Stadium.
The Norwegian completed the set in the 81st minute, scoring for the first time against Sunderland at the third attempt. He has now found the net against all 25 Premier League opponents he has played against since arriving in England.
Haaland has been particularly prolific against West Ham, scoring 11 goals in eight league appearances. Crystal Palace and Wolves have conceded 10 each, while Manchester United have seen him score nine times in eight league meetings.
His record against Arsenal stands at six goals in eight appearances, while Fulham, Everton and Brighton have also regularly featured among his goalscoring victims.
Interestingly, Haaland has scored against Sheffield United, Luton Town and Coventry City despite facing each club only once in the Premier League.
The Sunderland goal also took Haaland to five Premier League goals this season, giving him an early lead in the Golden Boot race. He has already won the award in three of his four Premier League campaigns with City, including his record 36-goal haul in 2022/23.
Overall, Haaland now has 117 Premier League goals in 137 appearances, placing him among the competition’s highest scorers since its 1992 rebrand.
His start to the 2026/27 campaign has been equally prolific across all competitions, with seven goals in seven appearances.
Haaland’s latest milestone also adds to his remarkable scoring record for City. He recently moved into third place on the club’s all-time goalscoring list and now has 169 goals in 205 appearances.
Only Eric Brook, with 177 goals, and Sergio Aguero, who holds the club record with 260, remain ahead of him.
