Get to know the Kentucky football roster: No. 91 Jaden Williams

Our countdown to the start of the 2026 Kentucky Wildcats football season is underway, and we’re taking a look at the players who make up the roster along the way. We are now 91 days away from opening day, and today, we’ll examine No. 91 Jaden Williams.

Williams is a 6’4, 290 lb defensive lineman originally out of California. He was a three-star recruit out of high school who 247Sports ranked as the No. 205 defensive lineman in the 2022 class. He would wind up committing to Wyoming.

After redshirting as a freshman, he began to work his way into the rotation. He got his first career sack in 2023, then, as a sophomore, he broke out. Williams player in 12 games, and was credited with 20 tackles, 1.5 tackles for a loss, and half a sack. Then, after the season, he transferred to Kentucky.

Last season, for the Wildcats, he played in nine games and recorded 6 tackles and half a sack. He’ll certainly be in the rotation in 2026 as well. It’s a deep defensive line overall, and Williams will hope to make it even better next year.
