FSU baseball adds in-state pitcher to 2028 recruiting class

The FSU Seminoles have made another addition to their 2028 recruiting class, landing a commitment from left-handed pitcher Brody Radwick. The Port Orange, Florida product announced the news Tuesday on social media.

“Extremely excited and blessed to announce my commitment to Florida State University,” he wrote. “Thank you God, my family, my coaches, and everyone who has supported me. Go Noles!”

Radwick was sensational for Spruce Creek High School as a sophomore. He finished the season with a 0.84 ERA and a 10-0 record in 50 innings of work. He allowed just 13 runs (six earned) on 49 hits and 13 walks, striking out 58 batters. Opponents hit .244 off him with a .300 on-base percentage.

He was FSU’s second commitment on Tuesday, with fellow left-handed pitcher Sid Goecke committing earlier. FSU now has three commitments in the 2028 cycle, with infielder Alex Rodriguez rounding out the class. All three are from Florida as Link Jarrett prioritizes in-state talent.
