Dani is also part of ScreenRant’s books team, using their fiction writing and literature studies as the backbone for their book analyses.

They have covered events, such as the Denver Fan Expo. Professionals in the field, such as Damien Leone and Lucy Hale, have shared their articles. Their review of Ponies was quoted in the show’s TV trailer.

In university, they majored in English Writing with a minor in psychology. They have always had a passion for analyzing TV and movies, even taking filmography and scriptwriting classes in university. They also studied and participated in onstage and onscreen acting extensively from the ages of 7 to 18.

Aside from working at Screen Rant, Dani has worked as a freelance editor and writer over the past decade, often in a ghostwriting capacity.

Five Nights at Freddy’s is back with an exciting new November release.

Since its first release in August 2014, Five Nights at Freddy’s has become a booming multimedia franchise with no signs of stopping. What was once an indie video game series has now expanded to include graphic novels, movies, and books. Compared to previous years, 2026 has been pretty sparse for FNaF fans. Many projected releases have been pushed out, including Five Laps at Freddy’s and The Joy of Creation. However, we still have exciting FNAF releases to enjoy.

The DVD & Blu-Ray of Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 was released in February. Two Tales From the Pizzaplex graphic novel collections and the second movie novelization came out earlier this year. Last month, the Fazbear Fanverse initiative provided us with a surprise release of myPOPGOES on multiple consoles. Now, Five Nights at Freddy‘s has launched their November book release, Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Official Art & Making Of The Movies, which is now available in hardback and will release as an ebook on November 17.

Co-written by creator Scott Cawthon and author Cala Spinner, Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Official Art & Making Of The Movies takes readers behind the scenes, sharing information about the making of the two hit movies. It has over 100 photographs exclusive to the book and features interviews with production designer Marc Fisichella and the Freddy Fazbear stunt performer Kevin Foster. The creative team shares plenty of quotes about their artistic process. The book description teases information about the costumes and set design. The book also includes a section on the Five Nights at Freddy’s animatronics, which Jim Henson’s Creature Shop built as practical effects.

The new book comes just in time for the holiday season, making it an ideal present for the Five Nights at Freddy’s fans. Many dedicated FNaF fans will likely enjoy seeing more of the artistry behind the Five Nights at Freddy‘s movies. Even though they aren’t necessarily super scary, I saw overwhelmingly positive reactions from fellow fans, with the general sentiment being that they feel like a love letter to the fandom, packed with Five Nights at Freddy’s cameos, easter eggs, and in-jokes. It also comes just in time for the holiday season. It could be a great gift for loved ones who enjoy the franchise.

Another great part of Five Nights at Freddy’s: The Official Art & Making Of The Movies is that it will help tide folks over while they wait for the next film. Five Nights at Freddy’s 3 has been greenlit with a confirmed 2027 filming window. Unfortunately, it wasn’t included in Blumhouse’s 2027 slate, which means it either will have a late-scheduled release, probably for the end of the year, or it will come out in 2028.

Plus, the book adds to the ever-growing collection of FNaF books, which is expected to expand even more in December 2026 with Five Nights at Freddy’s Character Encyclopedia: Updated Edition (available to pre-order Five Nights At Freddy's Launches November), and at least one novel in 2027. With so many new entries across different media, Five Nights at Freddy’s will remain one of the most rewarding horror video game franchises.
