FG releases 2026/2027 admission list for Federal Unity Colleges

The figures highlight the continued competition for admission into the Federal Unity Colleges, which remain important institutions within the Federal Government’s secondary education system.

The colleges were established, among other objectives, to promote national unity by bringing together students from different parts of Nigeria and exposing them to a common educational environment.

Admission is based on an approved quota arrangement that takes into account merit and the need to provide equitable representation among states and other relevant considerations.

He also encouraged the students to maximise the opportunities available to them and uphold the values expected of learners in Federal Unity Colleges.

Parents and guardians of successful candidates are expected to visit the colleges listed on the admission slips to complete the required confirmation and admission formalities.

The ministry advised families to follow the reporting instructions carefully and complete the process within the stipulated period to prevent unnecessary delays or complications.
