The notice also states that candidates should pay a screening fee of ₦5,000 through the Remita platform at any commercial bank nationwide.

Candidates must also have the right JAMB subject combination for the course they selected. Full course entry details are available on the Federal Polytechnic Nekede website.

How to Apply for Federal Polytechnic Nekede Post UTME Form

Candidates should complete the form online. The process can be done from any part of the country, so applicants do not need to travel to Owerri just to fill the form.

  1. Visit the Federal Polytechnic Nekede invoice generation portal.
  2. Fill in the biodata form.
  3. Generate an invoice and print or copy the invoice number.
  4. Pay through Remita using the RRR number on the invoice.
  5. Return to the Federal Polytechnic Nekede Post JAMB application portal.
  6. Complete the application form.
  7. Submit the required data.
  8. Print the acknowledgement slip.

The payment step in the notice states that candidates should pay ₦2,000 through Remita at Federal Polytechnic Nekede Microfinance Bank or any bank of their choice. Candidates using Verve, Visa or MasterCard can pay online and return to the portal at once to print their receipt and acknowledgement slip.

Candidates who did not first choose any of the listed courses should use the chance to change course and upload their O’Level result on the JAMB portal through any JAMB-accredited CBT centre.

Candidates who chose Federal Polytechnic Nekede as second or third choice must change it to first choice before admission can be considered. They must also upload their O’Level result on the JAMB portal.

What Can Disqualify a Candidate

Any difference in O’Level result grades, JAMB score or JAMB registration number can disqualify a candidate. Wrong information can also lead to disqualification.

Candidates should check every entry before submission.
