Approved Locations: Students are advised to restrict all celebratory activities to the main campus grounds and the Old Convocation Square.

Security Oversight: All events must be conducted under strict security supervision, exactly as specified in each organization’s official approval letter.

The management emphasized that adherence to these guidelines is mandatory. Failure to comply with the directive will result in appropriate disciplinary sanctions from the institution.

The memo concluded with the Dean wishing all student groups a blissful and hitch-free celebration of their respective departmental or organizational days.
