'Fast Break Philly' serves up a space for girls to enjoy sports

At “Fast Break Philly,” local girls can find a safe space to enjoy sports at a common skill level.

Their team is serving up programming so girls can make friends, and build confidence.

“You do not have to be the best at a sport to love it and to play it. I think team sports is the most important thing that kids can do in this day and age,” said Founder, Becky Vincent.

“I want them to know that they can find joy just in movement and in building confidence and in learning something new…This really creates that space where they can have fun and just play,” she continued.
