Saquon Barkley, Malik Nabers and Brock Bowers trending in the right direction

Barkley’s return to practice is the biggest positive development for Philadelphia. After suffering a stinger against Tennessee and leaving the game, Barkley underwent an MRI that he said went well. He was back on the practice field Thursday, giving fantasy managers reason for optimism heading into Sunday.
Nabers also took a major step forward. After dealing with a shoulder injury, the Giants receiver was upgraded to a full participant Thursday. Nabers said he is feeling good and appears to be trending toward playing Sunday.
Bowers continued his progression toward making his 2026 debut. The Raiders tight end practiced for a second consecutive day after undergoing a meniscus trim earlier this month. His return would be a major development for fantasy managers who drafted him as one of the league’s top tight ends.
Sam Darnold also practiced fully and said he is feeling good, while J.K. Dobbins and R.J. Harvey upgraded to full participation. Aaron Jones went from no practice to limited, Tony Pollard returned to practice, and Jaylen Warren practiced again.
Puka Nacua and Nico Collins remain major concerns

Nacua remains one of the biggest fantasy injury situations entering the weekend. He missed Thursday’s practice for a second straight day because of his groin/hip issue. Head coach Sean McVay has said Nacua does not have a hernia and is not dealing with a long-term injury, but the lack of practice time puts his Week 3 availability in serious question.
Collins was also sidelined Thursday again with his hamstring injury, making his status another major storyline for fantasy managers. Mike Evans missed another practice, DeVonta Smith was held out with a hamstring issue, and DJ Moore was downgraded to no participation. Zay Flowers did not practice but is traveling with Baltimore, keeping hope alive that he could suit up.
Jalen Coker went from limited to no practice, Caleb Douglas missed another day, and Adonai Mitchell was added to the injury report with a finger issue. Caleb Williams was out on the estimated report, while Rico Dowdle shed his walking boot but did not practice.
Jonah Coleman missed another practice, Tyjae Spears remained absent, and Kyle Monangai was estimated as a DNP. Terrance Ferguson, meanwhile, practiced fully.
With Friday practices and official game designations still to come, fantasy managers will want to monitor the final injury reports closely before setting Week 3 lineups.
