Lane Kiffin seems to be off-the-grid lately. Since his feature piece in Vanity Fair, the LSU Tigers coach has taken a timeout from social media, and it’s definitely evident.

Kiffin hasn’t posted anything to his account for the past eight days.

One of the hottest names in college football this offseason, because of the move from Ole Miss to the bayou of LSU, hasn’t gone more than a week without telling the world his thoughts. Now he’s MIA. Everyone is speculating if this is a record for Kiffin, who typically stumps on social media or uses it as a recruiting tool.

“Parents were sitting here this weekend saying the campus’s diversity feels so great: ‘It feels like there’s no segregation. And we want that for our kid because that’s the real world.'” (The next day Kiffin added, “I just hope [my comment] comes across respectful to Ole Miss…. There are some things that I’m saying that are factual. They’re not shots.”
