“Supergirl,” the second offering from DC Studios, is out in the world.
If you listen to critics, the answer is a resounding … meh.
Of course, while “Supergirl” is the second film in an all-new DC cinematic universe, it’s far from one of the first movies to be based on DC Comics.
That honor goes all the way back to 1966’s “Batman.” Over the last 60 years, there have been 56 movies based on characters introduced in the pages of DC Comics and its imprints Vertigo Comics, WildStorm, and Paradox Press.
We used Rotten Tomatoes to determine how each DC film has rated with critics, from the universally panned to the beloved classics.
