Everton believe it or not, are back. In what will be the first game of their 2026-27 preseason preparations, the Toffees are in Dundee wrapping up a week-long training camp. They are missing a number of players, including all who were involved in the World Cup as Jordan Pickford, Idrissa Gueye, Iliman Ndiaye and Nathan Patterson get an extended break.
Encouragingly, Jarrad Branthwaite has been a full participant, and new signing Hayden Hackney has also been fully involved.
The Toffees have been training in Scotland for the last week, and will be wearing the new away kit released this week for the first time in their opening pre-season fixture of the summer at Dundee.
