Former Manchester United star, Jaap Stam, has slammed Bruno Fernandes, Marcus Rashford, Bryan Mbeumo and Matheus Cunha following the Red Devils’ 1-0 Premier League derby loss to Manchester City on Sunday.
Stam said the four players refused to track back during the build-up to Erling Haaland’s goal at Old Trafford, adding that they were just walking.
Man United were defeated at home after Haaland’s controversial 60th-minute goal.
Speaking on Viaplay, Stam said, “If you look at City and if you look at this game, it was easy for them.
“It’s a long ball, they win it, City takes over and look at the front four . They are just walking, they are just looking at the situation.
“A team that really wants to win, the strikers, it’s about all 11, it’s about chasing.
“Against ten men, it’s about tracking back, it is about winning battles.”
