Endrick: “Being a football player is not hard, waking up at 5 AM is”

Real Madrid striker Endrick talked to Ge and shared some thoughts about his career and his last few months as a football player.

“There can be moments of a lot of pressure, but you have to be grateful for what football gives you. It’s not hard to be a football player. What’s hard is getting up at five in the morning and working on a Sunday. I just play football, which is what I love most,” said Endrick about the reality of being a professional football player.

Endrick went back and shared some memories about Brazil’s shocking loss to Norway in the FIFA World Cup.

“It was a very difficult moment. It’s a wound that still remains, and that we have to try to heal as quickly as possible,” he added.

Endrick hasn’t made his season debut for Real Madrid yet and some rumors suggest that he could be considering another loan deal during the winter transfer window so that he can get consistent minutes to polish and develop his game.
