ECOWAS opens applications for Fully Funded 2027 Graduate Immersion Programme

Application process

Interested Nigerians are expected to submit their applications through the official ECOWAS Young Graduates Immersion Programme portal.

The application process involves creating an account, completing the online application form, providing personal, academic and professional information, uploading required documents such as a degree certificate, curriculum vitae and motivation letter, reviewing the submitted details and completing the final submission.

Benefits for successful applicants

Successful candidates will spend one year working within ECOWAS institutions and specialised agencies, gaining practical experience through assignments that support regional development initiatives.

According to the regional body, participants will benefit from professional work experience, advanced training, personalised mentoring, leadership development opportunities and access to a network of regional and international professionals.

ECOWAS said the programme forms part of its broader efforts to nurture a new generation of skilled African professionals while strengthening regional integration, cooperation and sustainable development among its member states.
