EBSU urgent notice on online course registration for 1st semester, 2025/2026

The Management of Ebonyi State University (EBSU) has observed that several students, both fresh and continuing, participated in the 2025/2026 First Semester examinations without completing the mandatory online course registration

Registration Window

Opening Date Wednesday, 22nd April, 2026

Closing Date Friday, 15th May, 2026

Strict Consequences

• Unauthorized Withdrawal: Any student who fails to register within this window will be deemed to have taken an unauthorized withdrawal for the semester.
• Null and Void Results: Examinations written without due registration are NULL AND VOID in accordance with extant university regulations.
• Carry-Over: Affected students will be required to re-register these courses in the 2026/2027 First Semester.

NOTE: The portal will be shut down strictly at 11:59 PM on Friday, 15th May, 2026. No back-end registration will be permitted thereafter.
