The Eagles waived wide receiver Johnny Wilson with an injury designation, the team announced.
He had missed practice recently with a knee injury.
The Eagles drafted Wilson in the sixth round in 2024, and he played 16 games with four starts as a rookie. He caught five passes for 38 yards and a touchdown.
Wilson was on injured reserve all of last season.
In addition, the Eagles signed center Zeke Correll and wide receiver Brandon Hayes. They placed Tariq Castro-Fields on injured reserve.
Correll signed with the Vikings as an undrafted free agent in 2025, and he spent his rookie season on injured reserve. The Vikings waived him March 13.
Hayes has been on and off the Eagles’ roster since taking part in their rookie minicamp as an undrafted free agent.
Hayes ranked third in the Football Championship Subdivision, averaging 30.7 yards per kickoff return at Southeastern Louisiana last season. He returned two of those kickoffs for touchdowns and also caught 19 passes for 227 yards and two touchdowns.
