DC movies have introduced audiences to a wide variety of incredible villains, ranging from street-level criminal masterminds and ruthless executives to powerful superpowered threats. These villains have played integral roles in some of DC’s most recognizable films, often pushing heroes to their limits.
Now, DC is celebrating some of its most famous antiheroes and villains with a new limited-edition release that brings together six movies that were released within the last four decades. The collection features several major characters from the company’s film history, including Superman, Batman, and Aquaman, alongside the antagonists who have challenged them throughout the years.
Warner Bros. Home Entertainment is releasing the DC Villains 6-Film Limited Edition Steelbook Library Case, a 4K Ultra HD collection featuring six live-action DC movies released between 1978 and 2022. The set features several iconic villains, including the Joker, Lex Luthor, Catwoman, and the Riddler.
The collection is scheduled to arrive on October 27, 2026, with preorders available exclusively through Amazon for $139.99 at the time of this article’s publication. In addition to bringing together several notable DC films, the release includes specially designed packaging that gives the movies a unique appearance.

The upcoming release covers several different eras of DC cinematic history. The collection consists of Superman: The Movie (1978), Batman (1989), Batman Returns (1992), Aquaman (2018), The Suicide Squad (2021), and The Batman (2022). Each film has its own steelbook case, with all six packaged inside a larger library-style collector’s case. The individual boxes feature artwork inspired by the movies, and they also glow in the dark.
DC Villains 6-Film Limited Edition Steelbook Library Case also provides an opportunity for audiences across several generations to revisit several of DC’s most recognizable characters. While the movies are not part of one continuous storyline, they show how different creative teams have approached the company’s heroes and villains over the years.
From Gene Hackman’s iteration of Lex Luthor in Superman: The Movie to The Batman’s Paul Dano’s unsettling portrayal of the Riddler, the collection highlights the different ways DC’s antagonists have been adapted for the big screen. It will also reveal the many ways the superheroes of the DC Universe have evolved, too.
DC Villains 6-Film Limited Edition Steelbook Library Case will be released on October 27, 2026. The collection is currently available for pre-order on Amazon.
