Carolina Panthers TE Darren Waller posted 36 yards on three catches in Week 4 versus the Detroit Lions.
Why It Matters: Given all the injuries at receiver, Waller finishing with just 36 yards was disappointing. The veteran had posted 51 yards a week earlier, and he had two touchdowns in Week 2, so this represented a step backwards. The 34-year-old does offer some TE2 value if you’re looking to carry a backup tight end, though clearly his week-to-week appeal remains in flux.
