The Denver Broncos continue to garner Super Bowl expectations ahead of the 2026 season.
In one of the latest way-too-early Super Bowl predictions from NFL analysts across the media landscape, NFL Network analyst Cynthia Frelund says the Broncos have what it takes to come out on top in February.
“I do have the Denver Broncos over the Philadelphia Eagles (in Super Bowl LXI),” Frelund said on Friday. “The NFC — I know it looks like it’s the (Los Angeles) Rams, but it’s rare that someone goes that far — but I think the Broncos have just enough juice to do it with all the continuity.”

Frelund isn’t the only one who sees Denver as a Super Bowl contender. Up and Adams host Kay Adams predicted the Broncos could beat the Chicago Bears in the Super Bowl, while CBS Sports and Fox Sports think Denver is in a tier of teams that could realistically be in the Super Bowl in 2026.
When it comes to the Broncos facing the Eagles, the numbers are in Denver’s favor. The Broncos faced the Eagles on the road in Week 5 of the 2025 season. The Eagles, fresh off a Super Bowl victory themselves, came into the game as a favorite. Denver had other plans. Quarterback Bo Nix led a fourth-quarter comeback for the Broncos to get their first road win in Philly since 1986.
Denver begins the climb towards Los Angeles and Super Bowl LXI in a Monday Night Football showdown with the Kansas City Chiefs on Sept. 14.
