- S RJ Mickens (Ankle)
- RB Keaton Mitchell (Hamstring) – Mitchell’s return as a limited participant is positive news after missing prior practices with an undisclosed issue.
- WR Brenen Thompson (Hip)
- EDGE Tuli Tuipulotu (Hip)
Head coach Jim Harbaugh said he expects offensive tackle Rashawn Slater (knee) will play on Sunday.
