Browns, Jets inactives: Two key starters out for Cleveland, as expected

· · 1 min read

The Cleveland Browns announced their inactives for today’s game against the New York Jets. The Browns and the Jets had listed a lot of players out already on the Friday injury report.

Specifically, the Browns had five players already ruled out. Since they elevated two defensive tackles from the practice squad on Saturday, that meant they needed two additional inactives too, which were just the usual third quarterback and rookie center Parker Brailsford. If you haven’t heard, Elgton Jenkins is back from his concussion and ready to go at center this week.

  • QB Taylen Green (third QB)

  • WR Tylan Wallace

  • TE Carsen Ryan

  • OG Teven Jenkins

  • C Parker Brailsford

  • DT Mike Hall Jr

  • DT Mason Graham

  • RB Breece Hall

  • WR Adonai Mitchell

  • OL Dylan Parham

  • EDGE Nate Lynn

  • LB Kiko Mauigoa

  • CB Nahshon Wright

The Jets had already ruled out the likes of Hall, Mitchell, and others, hurting their gameday depth on what is expected to be a very rainy game. But the bigger storyline for Cleveland remains if they’ll be fine up front against the run, with both Mason Graham and Mike Hall Jr out to injuries. At least they still have veteran Maliek Collins today.
