Brooks Koepka has joined TGL as the first member of the expansion Motor City Golf Club.
Koepka returned to the PGA Tour this year after defecting to LIV Golf in 2022. He finished 94th in the FedExCup standings and failed to qualify for the playoffs.
“I’ve had the chance to attend TGL matches, and they bring something completely new to the game,” Koepka said. “The energy, pace and team atmosphere at the SoFi Center really stood out, and it’s something I wanted to be part of.”
The Detroit-based Motor City Golf Club, owned by Middle West Partners principals Michael Hamp, Peter Hamp and Kevin Kelleher, is the seventh TGL team.
The rest of the expansion roster will be announced at a later date.
