BREAKING: Adeleke wins first polling unit as results trickles in [VIDEO]

The Osun State Governor and candidate of the Accord Party in the ongoing governorship election, Ademola Adeleke, has won his first polling unit result.

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC officials declared Accord Party winner of the polling unit 026 Ward 5, Oshogbo Local Government Area of the state.

While the Accord Party scored 57 votes, the All Progressives Congress, APC ganared 43 votes.

DAILY POST reports that results from polling units across the state have started trickling in.

Although there are reports of intimidation, vote buying and other electoral violence, the election has been going on successfully in many parts of the state.
