BLJ Community Rowing makes a splash for young adults navigating through life

BLJ Community Rowing is getting local youth out on the water for a transformative experience!

It began with Brannon Johnson, who competed during her college years.

Her time within the program showed her just how much it could change the lives of her community back home.

Specifically, Johnson wanted to reach out to the local Black community to get people more engaged with the sport.

She provides free clinics throughout various points, and her kids program is entirely free.
