The A’s couldn’t make it three wins in a row. The club made it close late but the rally fell short as the team lost their series opener against the Minnesota Twins 9-6 on Monday night in West Sacramento. It was a lackluster performance for the most part to start the homestand but they did show some fight at the end. Hopefully better results tomorrow night.
